What information I collect, use, and why

I collect or use the following information to provide services and goods, including delivery: your name and contact details, your addresses, Call recordings and records of meetings and decisions.

Lawful bases

The lawful bases for me collecting or using your personal information to provide services and goods are consent (obtained from you directly), forming contracts  and fulfilling legal obligations

Where I get personal information from

I get personal information from you directly and from publicly available sources.

How long I keep information

I will keep information such as your name, contact details and address for up to 6 years to enable me to comply with legal requirements. I will only keep data such as call recordings and meeting records for up to 6 months after completion of the project it pertains to (this is to allow me to make any clarifications or amends necessary).

Who I share information with

I’m legally obliged to share personal information with certain organisations.

In addition, I also share data with certain other processors who provide services that enable me to run my business.

Google LLC: Cloud storage and email provider

Microsoft: Cloud storage.

Sharing information outside the UK

Where necessary, my data processors may share personal information outside of the UK. When doing so, they comply with the UK GDPR, making sure appropriate safeguards are in place. Please contact me for more information.

Your data protection rights

Under data protection law, you have rights including:

Your right of access - You have the right to ask me for copies of your personal data.

Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask me to rectify personal data you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask me to complete information you think is incomplete.

Your right to erasure - You have the right to ask me to erase your personal data in certain circumstances.

Your right to restriction of processing - You have the right to ask me to restrict the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances.

Your right to object to processing - You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances.

Your right to data portability - You have the right to ask that I transfer the personal data you gave me to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.

Your right to withdraw consent – When I use consent as my lawful basis you have the right to withdraw your consent.

You don’t usually need to pay a fee to exercise your rights. If you make a request, I have one calendar month to respond to you.
